Sr. and/or Lead Architect - Industrial Buildings

Kiewit is hiring for several Senior level and Lead Architects to join our team to deliver design solutions for a diverse range of industrial buildings across multiple market sectors. In this role, you will work within the Kiewit Architect and Engineering Group as part of an overall project team leading and overseeing the building's architectural design for various types of buildings and facilities across multiple market areas, within Kiewit. Architect or Lead: Be a Self-Starter, Run a team/project, help set up the “office” if establishing remote offices in other locations, as well as be a resource/mentor to other more junior Architects.Responsible for completing life safety and code analysis by reviewing codes and standards, coordinating related design items with Authority Having Jurisdiction, and communicating findings with the team.Manage the architectural design for the buildings, balancing aesthetics, function, cost and functionality, and ensure the project complies with Kiewit standards while maintaining budget and schedule. Must have experience coordinating building design with MEP and Structural design engineers, and managing the architectural design for the building to ensure compliance with company standards, while maintaining and budget and schedule. Prefer experience with EPC and Design/Build environments.Experience with Construction Administration activities and performing field work as required ()
