Writes reports and specifications.Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.Works closely with the CAD Designer / Project Manager to execute project plans.Coordinates with CAD Designer / Project Manager to directly supervise the teams’ design and technical delivery.Directly reviews and coordinates between consultant drawings and architectural drawings.Directly coordinates with construction team to execute solutions to site/field issues.Architect of Record for projects performed by the Design Team.QualificationsBachelor of Architecture (NAAB accredited school preferred) or Masters of Architecture (NAAB accredited school preferred)Completed Architectural Licensure by Architect Registration Examination (ARE) in at least one state.Minimum six or more years of professional experience and certification as a licensed professionalAdvanced working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe suite of productsWorking knowledge in Architectural design and detailing skills.Working knowledge in Consultant and Vendor Coordination to aid in preparation of Construction DocumentsWorking knowledge of Building and Fire Codes, as well as Federal Laws to include ADA requirements (this includes all codes applicable to building design)Working knowledge of Construction Documents, AIA Contracts, Specifications and procedures to required to complete these documents.Working knowledge of building systems, including Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Communication and Fire Alarm and Monitoring systems. This knowledge is understood to be limited to working knowledge for the purpose of coordination of a complete building design.Working knowledge and ability to apply and implement design standards provided under the guidance or regulations of others including the Corporate Architect and other Brand ArchitectsBasic Microsoft 365 skillsBasic understanding and interest in retail design and technologyAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and see them to completion.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skillsStrong attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlinesPossess the ability to lead effectivelyStrong organizational and follow-through skillsAnalytical thinking skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Travel required less than 10%This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorshipAdditional InformationNation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/VisionFlexible Spending AccountsWeekly pay401KTuition AssistanceAdoption AssistancePTOFuel Discount
