Sr. Architect

KZF Design is a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and planning firm proudly recognized as one of Cincinnati’s Top Workplaces since 2021. We are seeking a creative senior-level Architect to join our architecture team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is suited for someone with 10-15 years of experience who is interested in contributing to working on a diverse array of projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary A/E environment. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited US college Professional Registration as an Architect in the United States Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Architecture working in an Engineering or Architecture/Engineering design consulting firm with an emphasis on providing Architectural design services for buildings Strong graphic and layout skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Strong architectural design and concept layout skills using Rhinoceros and Revit Strong rendering skills using software such as D5, Enscape, or Twinmotion Proficiency in developing construction drawings using Autodesk Revit Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in editing or writing three-part CSI MasterFormat technical specifications Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu Strong written communication skills, including report writing and document preparation Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assignments Ability to think critically and contribute to problem-solving efforts Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team
