Lawrence Group is seeking an Architect to assist with healthcare projects in our Tampa office. Lead the planning and design process for healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, medical offices, and specialized healthcare facilities.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.Develop innovative design concepts that integrate evidence-based design principles, sustainable practices, and the latest advancements in healthcare technology.Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and project documentation to clients and regulatory authorities.Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and industry standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.Conduct site visits and inspections during construction phases to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain design integrity.Foster relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to promote collaboration and client satisfaction.Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare design and architecture, and incorporate them into project workflows and methodologies.All other duties as assigned.
