Sr Architect- Construction

The Senior Architect will report to the Vice President of FP&C and will plan, schedule and manage large-scale strategic projects to achieve organizational objectives within defined timeframe, scope and budget. Will lead and manage the planning and design of projects, including but not limited to managing feasibility studies, project programming and all design phases, project contract administration, monitoring project schedules, monitoring budgets, providing cash flow analysis and projections and processing change orders and pay applications. 7 years Progressively responsible experience (multi-million dollar projects) in planning and design of projects in a healthcare facilities (Required) Clearly communicate organizational strategies.Support Director in maintaining a positive work environment.
