Location: San Diego or Irvine, CA Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility Lead and manage multiple large-scale mixed-use and podium projects simultaneouslyServe as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfactionOversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project performanceCoordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and external stakeholdersGuide projects through all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administrationEnsure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and building standardsMentor and develop junior staff, fostering team growth and performanceProactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitectureLicensed Architect (preferred)10+ years of architectural experience with a focus on mixed-use and podium projects.Proven experience managing large, complex projects from start to finishStrong knowledge of building codes, entitlements, and construction processes in CaliforniaProficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What’s Offered
