Projects include high-visibility and outcome-driven delivery focused on unifying heterogeneous cloud environments, rationalizing multi-cloud architectures across AWS, GCP, Azure, and enabling a seamless operational foundation for the customer. Cloud estate rationalization: inventory, gap analysis, and consolidation roadmap across customer GCP/AWS tenants.Multi-cloud network integration: cross-organization VPC peering, shared services architecture, DNS unification, and hybrid connectivity design.IAM federation and identity consolidation: merging access models, SSO integration, and least-privilege enforcement across both organizations.Data and workload migration planning: assessment, dependency mapping, and sequenced migration execution for integrated services.Governance harmonization: aligning tagging standards, cost allocation, security baselines, and compliance posture across multi-cloud environments.Integration risk management: identifying and resolving architectural conflicts, shadow IT exposure, and technical debt inherited from both environments.
