You drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through your capabilities in multiple architecture domains.Job responsibilitiesRepresents a product family of technical governance bodiesProvides feedback and proposes improvements to architecture governance practicesGuides evaluation of current technology and leads evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworksRegularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendorsDrives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processesServes as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focusActively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life CycleInfluences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on architecture or infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience3+ years experience in AI Technology, Model development or AI Governance in an enterprise environment including agentic systems, RAG pipelines, hybrid LLM/SLM models.Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms.Advise senior leaders on AI Strategy, roadmaps, and governance.Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityAdvanced in one or more programming language(s), applications, and architectureAdvanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversightPractical cloud native experienceAbility to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architectureAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAI CertificationExperience with multi-agent architecturesFamiliarity with GenAI Ops, AI Governance Frameworks (NIST AI RMF), and AI Fin Ops.Thought-leadership experience (speaking, publishing, open source).BenefitsWe offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
