( of Role** The Under Armour Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for ensuring alignment between architectural roadmaps, business strategies, and supporting enterprise transformation activities. This role helps ensure the application portfolio aligns with business needs, enterprise standards and industry best practices. **Your Impact** + Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals + Develop technical architecture, data flows and diagrams for new initiatives, current state and target system architectures + Develop and socializes multi-horizon roadmaps and capability maps aligned to business strategy, value streams and funding cycles + Guide and educate on architecture strategy, integration standards, and industry trends across a varied composable commerce ecosystem + Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders + Mentor lead engineers and solution architects in modern architecture practices, composable design, and documentation quality + Translate business requirements into technical specifications + Build prototypes for new initiatives and evolving business needs + Assist in discovery and RFx processes + Support audit and compliance activities + Produce clear, auditable artifacts and lead architecture reviews + Contribute to cybersecurity, privacy and AI governance workflows - streamline intake, clarify decision criteria and reduce cycle time + Stay current with industry trends and hands on development **Qualifications** + 14 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree+10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree+8 years of relevant experience + Domain Expertise: Proven expertise architecting enterprise infrastructure solutions across production operations, compute and storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
