Summary This position is responsible for supporting the architectural needs of the Design & Construction. • Conduct Property Improvement Plan (PIP) site visits for new and existing properties. • Provide graphic media (renderings, sketches, diagrams, etc) for architectural enhancements using Bluebeam, Photoshop, or Sketch-Up. • Familiar with and apply Brand standards to projects. • Develop various design solutions that addresses Our Client’s required design/operational programs.
