In This Role, You Will: Take full ownership of the system or product from a solution architecture perspective Plan, design, and define the overall structure of complex technology solutions Translate business and system requirements into clear technical guidance for development teams Oversee assigned programs, including conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship to team members Monitor and evaluate systems to ensure alignment with both user needs and business objectives Work Model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting and may change depending on project, business, or client needs. The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms and individual performance.
