Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Project Architect in Phoenix, AZ. Additional market sectors with opportunities to support include: industrial, municipal, higher education, and other institutional and commercial clients.Provide the primary designer and leadership roles to our multi-disciplinary teams on projects throughout all stages, from concept to delivery.Developing and reviewing proposals, reports and contract documents.Leads and participates in project documentation development and the production of deliverable drawings and specifications.Accountable for effective project coordination efforts among internal disciplines and with external consultants.Communicates with clients related to project technical matters.Oversees project regulatory reviews (building code, accessibility, zoning) and coordination with, and submission to, authorities having jurisdiction.Ensures effective and safe team performance of construction contract administration responsibilities.Contributes to project marketing pursuits, proposal preparation and interviews.Demonstrates strong and effective communication, decision making and collaboration, which inspires high team performance.Mentors staff and provides oversight of assignments.
