Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

Founded in 1999, we are a full service architectural and engineering design firm with roughly 100 employees company wide and approximately 70 employees based in our Troy, Michigan headquarters. We provide integrated design services across education, healthcare, commercial, data centers, research and development, sports and recreation, and industrial markets. As a Senior Project Architect, you will lead project delivery, guide design and documentation, and support both clients and internal teams while helping us maintain the high standards our firm is known for.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide full architectural services on small to medium sized projects with minimal oversightLead and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistencySupport and often lead the Construction Administration process, including site visits and coordinationProduce and coordinate complete construction document sets for permitting and biddingPresent technical design solutions to clients, review committees, and internal teamsWhat You Need for This Position

Professional degree in Architecture with active architectural registration and 15 or more years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency with Revit and a balance of design capability and technical competenceExperience in healthcare, K 12, higher education, or data center project typesAbility to collaborate with design architects, engineering disciplines, and internal teams to maintain design integrityAbility to mentor and train junior and intermediate staff while supporting project planning and coordinationStrong communication skills with the ability to maintain client relationships and represent the firm professionallyWhat's In It for You
