High End Architectural firm is seeking an advanced-level Project manager with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in high-end classical residential design to join our team. The candidate should be well-versed in the classical design language and have a thorough knowledge of architectural history and precedent, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and be extremely skilled with technical drawings (construction sets as well as millwork/cabinetry design). In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading creative and highly detailed traditional high-end-residential projects from conception through completion is a must. Looking for a Project Manager to lead all phases of project from inception to completion. High End Classical residential Architecture: 10 years (Required)
