Sr. Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform, with hands-on development and architecture.

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Define architecture standards, roadmaps, and domain strategies (0–18 months and 18–60 months).

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure compliance with standards.

• Create and maintain architecture artifacts and documentation.

• Lead solution design, feasibility analysis, and proof of concepts.

• Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and security improvements.

• Support SDLC phases including design reviews and QA validation.

• Provide production support oversight, including monitoring and incident management.

• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

• Assist with SLA definition, performance metrics, and operational processes.

• Participate in service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management).

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Modern Java (Java 17+/Java 21)

• Spring Boot

• MongoDB

• Distributed System Design

• Performance Tuning

• REST APIs

• Observability & Reliability (logging, tracing, monitoring)

• Cloud Platforms (Any; preferably Red Hat OpenShift)

Nice-to-Have / Flex Skills:

• Kafka

• CI/CD Pipelines

• Agile/Scrum Experience

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Strong decision-making and tradeoff analysis

• Collaborative team player

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
