Meeting with customers to assess business needs and solution requirementsExplanation of solution architectures via whiteboarding, presentations and client interactionCreation of complex product solution configurations and associated Bills of Materials (BOMs)Detailed scoping of professional services engagements and creation of Statements of Work (SOWs)Involvement with professional services projects and managed service onboarding processesAssisting with customer satisfaction issues, technical problems and case escalation as neededMaintaining relationships with manufacturer engineers to stay current on product capabilities and to collaborate on customer solutions as necessaryAttend training and technical conferences to support ePlus partner relationships and to stay current on technology industry trendsMaintaining key manufacturer certifications related to personal technical specializations as well as company partner requirementsServe as thought leader in areas of technical specialization, supporting and mentoring other engineers and account executives as needed If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
