We are seeking architectural graduate candidates with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience, including significant experience with NYC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD and 3D software skills, solid design and technical abilities, a good graphic sense, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Structural Engineering required. Ability to create design presentation renderings for a variety of commercial project types, including retail and multi residential projects.
