Staff Application Architect (5465)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Staff Architect to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid (onsite 2-3 days a week), Contract-to-Hire position. SALARY: $70-85/ hour (depending on experience) Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply. Strong background in large-scale application architecture Experience with modern architecture (cloud, event-driven, domain-driven design) Proficiency with Kafka, MongoDB, and data synchronization (CDC) Hands-on capability in building proof of concepts and validating new technologies Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate solutions effectively
