Staff Product Line Architect

Key to this role is continuous cross-functional interaction with internal and external team members - including but not limited to: Product Management, Program Management, Industrial Design, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Firmware, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, as well as members of leadership. Develop program direction for a Peloton HW product initiative in alignment with the Product Manager and executive teamsMonitor and adjust program strategies with cross functional leadership to best suit the current and future needs of the businessPromote and provide a means for healthy collaboration between cross functional teams as well as with contract and joint development manufacturers (CM’s & JDM’s), mediating and resolving issues and potential conflictsEvangelize Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Lean Engineering concepts ensuring that each product embodies these philosophiesDevelop Product and Engineering Requirements DocumentationWork crossfunctionally to develop and execute master test plansDevelop and manage HW team program prioritiesEvaluate resource requirements and work with the appropriate cross functional managers to ensure programs are adequately staffedPromote the importance of quality execution and that process deliverables are met according to the Peloton Product Development Process (PDP)Ensure that Peloton’s products are designed with accessibility and inclusion top of mindYOU BRING TO PELOTON At Peloton, we embrace technology, including AI, to enhance productivity and accelerate innovation in the work we do for our members.
