TETER is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Project Engineer I–II to join our team of professionals dedicated to designing safe, innovative, and inspiring public education facilities across California. What You'll Do As a Structural Project Engineer at TETER, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of public education projects. Licensure: Current registration as a Structural Engineer in California (required)Experience:Minimum 3–5 years (Level I) or 5–8 years (Level II) of experience as a licensed engineerDemonstrated experience with DSA projects in California's public education sector is requiredEducation: Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineeringSkills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of CBC, IBC, ASCE 7, and DSA requirementsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and mentor junior staffFamiliarity with project management software (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)Compensation & Benefits When you join TETER, you join a team that values your growth and celebrates your contributions.
