We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Studio Assistant to support our growing team.Position Overview The Studio Assistant / Designer plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio, with responsibilities spanning drafting, procurement, organization, marketing, and design support. This is a growth-oriented position ideal for someone with a background in interior design and / or architecture who is eager to learn the inner workings of a design studio—from measuring existing conditions, to sourcing materials to developing presentations to supporting on social media and marketing.Key Responsibilities Procurement & Studio OperationsAssist with the sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materialsWrite FFE specificationsTrack and manage orders, deliveries, and vendor communicationsOrganize and maintain the materials library and sample inventoryCoordinate with vendors and fabricators for quotes, lead times, and pricingSupport the team with general studio organization and administrative tasksCoordinate with vendors, fabricators, and clientsOrganize studio tasksDesign & Technical SupportAssist in preparing client presentations and design documentationHelp maintain project files, schedules, and documentationSupport the design team with product research and mood board developmentStrong knowledge of Revit is requiredMeasure and draw existing conditions of projects in Revit Construction DocumentSupport Marketing & Social MediaAssist in content creation for social media (Instagram, Pinterest, You Tube, etc.)Draft newsletters, blog posts, or case studies for marketing campaignsUpdate and maintain website content as neededOrganize and archive project photography and assetsQualificationsStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailProactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsDegree, pursuit of a degree, or prior training in interior design or architectureFamiliarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principlesBasic design software knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) a plusWillingness to learn industry tools, like CSI specifications.Skills Strong knowledge of Revit.
