Supply Chain Transformation Architect

In This Role You Will Translate redesigned processes into integrated system workflows across ERP, planning tools, manufacturing systems, and logistics platforms.Define how data flows across the supply chain to create a single operational source of truth.Build the foundation for a Supply Chain Control Tower with end-to-end visibility and exception management. Reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and disconnected systems.Build scalable processes that enable predictable hardware supply chain execution.Create playbooks and automated workflows that allow operations teams to focus on exceptions rather than routine tasks. 10+ years experience in supply chain operations, transformation, or supply chain technology roles.Deep experience in hardware supply chains (consumer electronics, robotics, infrastructure, or complex manufacturing).Proven ability to redesign supply chain processes and operating models, not just implement tools.Experience implementing or working with ERP and supply chain planning systems.Strong understanding of supply chain data, analytics, and operational KPIs.Ability to bridge operations, engineering, and data teams to drive real change.Experience introducing AI or advanced analytics into supply chain operationsExperience supporting robotics, electronics, semiconductor, or data center hardware supply chains.Experience building modern digital supply chain capabilities (control towers, planning transformation, data platforms).
