Survey CAD Technician

### What you bring

* Associates Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying - CST Level I or II (Office) certification preferred.
* 3+ years of Surveying experience in preparing survey-related deliverables and project management in Construction, Boundaries, and Topographic Surveys.
* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, with Autodesk Civil 3D (v. 2020-2024) and Carlson Software preferred.
* Proficient in use of Microstation and OpenRoads is a plus.
* Must have boundary and right of way resolution experience.
* Knowledge of surveying practices and procedures (Field & Office).
* Ability to work 700AM - 530PM Mon-Thursday. 700AM - 1130AM Friday with occasional overtime.
* Ability to read and interpret plats deeds, easements and plans.
* Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
* A valid driver’s license is required.

### Physical Requirements

* Ability to work in an environment that may contain venomous snakes and insects such as ticks, red bugs, wasps, bees, hornets, yellow jackets, etc.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures.
* Ability to climb hills and walk long distances.
* Ability to traverse different types of terrain.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
* Ability to interact both verbally and written

On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
