**Job Description:**
**Overview:**
This position provides office support, assisting in the preparation of survey projects, such as boundary surveys, subdivision plats, construction calculations, topographic and route projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform survey tasks under the direct guidance of the Survey Project Manager and Project Surveyor.
* Create basic drawings from field survey data, sketches, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
* Assist in preparing field packages, drawings, exhibits, and legal descriptions with detailed instructions.
* Compile, organize, and analyze survey data with supervision.
* Process field crew data and assist in creating base maps for field crews.
* Ensure data is accurate and formatted for review.
* Support deed research and simple calculations with direct oversight.
**Qualifications:**
* Associate’s degree, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Experience with residential subdivision platting a plus.
* Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
* Dependable, reliable, and eager to grow in the survey field.
* Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime as needed.
