Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
15+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering and architecture organizations
Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable platforms in a regulated environment
Deep expertise in modern architecture patterns and hands-on experience with AI / ML technologies
Demonstrated success in leading global teams and driving organizational change
