Overview EVONA Space is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead technical delivery across customer programs while contributing to internal product development. This role sits at the intersection of spacecraft systems engineering and next-generation AI-enabled mission integration. Key Responsibilities Own technical delivery across customer projects from concept through executionConduct space vehicle-level trade studies (spacecraft buses & payloads) across multiple vendorsPerform architecture analysis, including:Compatibility assessmentsInterface risk identificationRanked recommendations with clear engineering rationaleProduce customer-facing technical deliverables, including:Compliance matricesArchitecture summariesRisk assessmentsEnsure outputs are:Robust enough for design reviews Clear and actionable for program managers Validate engineering analyses for accuracy, completeness, and qualityHelp shape internal engineering processes and methodologies based on hands-on spacecraft integration experience
