Job Description: Seeking an experienced System Architect to support enterprise-level modernization and digital transformation initiatives through the design, planning, and implementation of scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise architecture efforts, develop long-term technology roadmaps, and collaborate with technical and business teams to align infrastructure modernization strategies with organizational objectives. This role requires expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, disaster recovery planning, .NET platform upgrades, COTS implementations, and modernization of enterprise systems. The candidate will serve as a technical leader across multiple projects, perform infrastructure assessments, develop architecture documentation, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and support executive-level reporting to guide strategic technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as technical lead for enterprise-level modernization and strategic initiativesDevelop enterprise technology roadmaps with implementation milestones and execution strategiesConduct .NET cluster upgrades and support modernization of COTS solutionsDocument existing infrastructure environments and modernization requirementsCreate As-Is and To-Be architecture documentation and perform gap analysisDevelop cloud migration plans and supporting technical documentationLead enterprise infrastructure modernization and transformation initiativesProvide weekly project status updates, risk reports, and technical recommendations to leadershipReview and support disaster recovery planning and resiliency initiativesDevelop technical standards frameworks and enterprise integration strategiesEnsure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, infrastructure policies, and security requirementsProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to technical teamsSupport operational activities across enterprise infrastructure teamsConduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions when required
Additional Responsibilities:

Coordinate on-boarding activities with department leadership and project management teamsComplete required background verification and organizational security trainingAttend project meetings, planning sessions, and departmental training activitiesPrepare weekly status reports, project updates, and required documentationCollaborate with infrastructure, development, and technical programming teamsSupport strategic planning initiatives and enterprise operational goalsAssist leadership with technology investment recommendations and cost analysisResolve technical challenges and support cross-functional team collaboration

Qualifications:

Certifications:
