We are seeking a Siemens Teamcenter Configuration Administrator to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives within the Department of Defense (DoD). While prior Teamcenter experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong analytical skills, customer engagement abilities, and a willingness to learn. Configure organizations, groups, roles, and access controls.Configure and maintain Teamcenter workflows.Support BMIDE deployments and data model enhancements.Assist with data migration, bulk data loads, and validation activities.Create and modify business objects, attributes, forms, and style sheets.Configure and support integrations between Teamcenter and other engineering tools.Support application upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.Configure and maintain Siemens Teamcenter to support customer requirements. Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.Participate in requirements workshops, demonstrations, and user feedback sessions.Provide functional guidance and Teamcenter best practices to end users.Translate customer needs into Teamcenter configurations and solutions.
