Systems Architect

Bachelor’s degree with at least seven (7) years of experience in architecture design supporting systems, program, or business requirements and present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience leading collaborative evaluation of workflows, business process models, organization, and planning to construct and design technical solutions, and to make recommendations or implement requirements.Familiarity with principles of object-oriented application development, relational database structure, system interfaces, and integration patterns.Experience applying agile methodologies to integrate new technologies iteratively.Ability to understand difficult technical concepts and to communicate, orally and in writing, with a range of technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal public trust suitability determination, and U.S. work authorization sufficient to meet E-Verify requirements.Desirable Qualifications Non-profit experience.Experience supporting Federal health programs or agencies.Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and ITIL governance frameworks.Experience producing enterprise architecture artifacts and target-state documentation for large, integrated systems.Familiarity with information systems security frameworks such as FISMA.Annual Salary Range (US National Average)
