Systems Architect

Overview The Systems Architect will provide technical leadership across complex engineering and modernization efforts involving enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, cybersecurity integration, systems engineering, and advanced mission technologies. This is a full-time position supporting onsite, hybrid, or customer-location environments based on program requirements. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of enterprise and mission systems architectures supporting defense and intelligence operationsDevelop architecture frameworks, technical roadmaps, interface designs, and systems integration strategiesSupport full systems lifecycle engineering activities including requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainmentArchitect solutions involving cloud platforms, enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, software systems, and mission applicationsConduct technical trade studies, risk analyses, performance evaluations, and technology assessments to support mission objectivesCollaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutionsSupport digital engineering, Agile development, DevSecOps, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) initiativesEnsure interoperability, security, and compliance across enterprise and mission environmentsSupport cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, Zero Trust implementation, and secure systems engineering effortsDevelop architecture documentation, technical reports, executive briefings, and implementation plansProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and mission support teamsEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and mission resilienceSupport proposal development, technical solutioning, capture activities, and business development initiatives as required
