Systems Architect — Identity & Access Management

Architects and builds enterprise-class identity and access management solutions to meet organizational needsCollaborates with leadership and technical teams to align solutions and drive new access management architecture with experience at the core.Analyzes business requirements to ensure solutions effectively address organizational needsDesigns and governs single sign-on, federation, and identity lifecycle across hybrid environmentsDesigns entitlement and access package frameworks that enforce least privilegeEnhances decision-making and operational efficiency through innovative technology implementationsEvaluates emerging identity technologies and AI-driven toolingMaintains up-to-date knowledge of information architecture to support solution developmentEngages with stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of technological solutionsAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 2-3 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Technology or related field (Preferred)2-4+ years of experience with enterprise level database systems such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server or others. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
