Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues, identify patterns, and recommend practical remediation stepsGood communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings in clear language for both technical teams and business or leadership stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities, follow through on operational tasks, and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional IT teams, including endpoint management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, and operations groupsHigh attention to detail, with a strong ability to validate reporting outputs, review policy results, and maintain accurate documentationComfort working with ambiguity and taking ownership of issues through investigation, coordination, and resolution trackingA continuous improvement mindset, with interest in simplifying processes, improving reporting quality, and strengthening endpoint compliance practicesHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune policy management, device compliance, configuration profiles, endpoint security policies, and reportingExperience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint policy management, endpoint security posture review, and security-related reportingExperience investigating workstation compliance issues across policy, device, user, security, and configuration data sourcesExperience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop or similar virtual desktop environments, including image/template administration and validation.Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including the ability to consolidate and interpret data from multiple endpoint, security, and service management platformsProficiency with Power BI for building reports, dashboards, data models, and executive-ready views of operational or compliance dataWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows endpoint management, and enterprise desktop architecture conceptsExperience with PowerShell scripting to automate endpoint administration tasks, support reporting activities, validate workstation configuration, and assist with remediation of compliance issuesMicrosoft Configuration Manager / SCCM reporting experience is an asset but not requiredServiceNow reporting experience is nice to have but not requiredRelevant Microsoft certifications in endpoint management, security, Azure, or Power BI are an asset but not required Providing you with the support you need to be at your best Adjustments and accommodations throughout the recruitment process AI Usage
