What You Will Be DoingConducting structured phone interviews with pre-qualified candidates who have applied directly or responded to our ads.Accurately tracking all interactions, candidate status, and next steps using our provided CRM tools.Guiding each selected candidate through a step-by-step remote onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed.Maintaining a consistent daily schedule to keep your pipeline moving efficiently.What You Bring to the TableA reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.The ability to operate as a corporate entity. You must have an established LLC with an EIN, or be ready to file one.
