Job Description:
>> Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team
>> Interact with the customer to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions using Teamcenter Architect
>> Design and lead the development of different modules and other release processes
>> Check the feasibility of integration of upgraded system with downstream systems and enable the same
>> Guide the team in Teamcenter Installation
>> Lead the team to execute Customization and Troubleshooting in Teamcenter
>> Work closely with customer to understand the requirement
>> Work on the required technical documentation as per the standard
>> Lead and Manage code configuration
>> Guide the team to perform unit testing
>> Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
>> Must be self-motivated and pro-active
>> Flexibility to respond to day-to-day changes Need to show constant dynamism and be able to manage pressure
>> Attention to detail, The ability to work in a team and individually
>> Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines
>> Able to work with demanding customer
Requirements:
>> Bachelors or Masters degree
>> Should have prior experience working as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team
