Technical Architect

A company is looking for a Technical Architect (Decision Support).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for implementations and optimizations
Collaborate with teams to review and approve project plans, addressing delivery inefficiencies
Identify and resolve recurring technical issues, recommending product enhancements as needed

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in software implementation or Application Technical Support in healthcare finance or decision support
Ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to train team members on technical concepts
Proficiency across modules in the Decision Support solution is a plus
Strong project management and prioritization abilities
