We’re looking for a Technical Operations Lead to help shape both project delivery and how our practice operates.
This is a dual-role position—combining hands-on technical work with the opportunity to influence standards, workflows, and team performance across the firm.

What You’ll Do
Contribute to construction documentation and technical delivery.Lead QA/QC and improve documentation standards.Guide specifications and technical coordination.Support staffing alignment and team performance.Serve as a technical resource for codes and constructability.Mentor staff and strengthen team capability.Improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies across projects.
What We’re Looking For
12+ years of experience in architecture.Strong technical expertise in project delivery and documentation.Experience with QA/QC, coordination, and problem-solving.Proficiency in Revit.Strong communication and organizational skills.Licensure preferred, but not required.
