Tecnical Architecture/Design

Role Description We are seeking a full-time Technical Architect/Designer to join our Plano team. This role is centered on the production and coordination of complex residential and commercial projects. Qualifications Familiarity with SketchUp and Photoshop for design and design development is preferred.Production Excellence: Proven experience in preparing and reviewing comprehensive Construction Document (CD) sets, with a focus on detailing and materiality.Residential Expertise: Specific experience in Multi-family (condominiums/apartments) and Mixed-use project types.Regulatory Knowledge: understanding of Life Safety codes, International Building Code (IBC), and ADA/TAS requirements.Coordination Skills: Experience managing project deadline schedules and coordinating effectively internally and with multidisciplinary consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil).Zoning & Planning: Ability to interpret and apply municipal zoning regulations; willingness to navigate local city approval processes and work under senior design staff.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related technical field.Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-group setting.
