Telemetry Architect

Owning the architecture for rack-scale serviceability and telemetry across AMD Instinct product lines, the full-time Telemetry Architect will define manageability and observability solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Austin, Texas. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the end-to-end rack-scale serviceability and telemetry architecture across AMD Instinct solutions Drive the standards strategy and interface architecture using DMTF Redfish and OpenBMC for management and observability Architect telemetry frameworks and serviceability flows for health monitoring, diagnostics, and automated service operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Expertise in platform architecture, system management, and BMC/embedded firmware Deep knowledge of DMTF Redfish, PLDM, and MCTP specifications Strong hands-on experience with OpenBMC and related technologies Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C/C++ and Python
