This position will identify and document current and future-state journeys for high-priority member flows, define measurable success metrics and outcomes in partnership with enterprise architecture, analyze conversion performance, drop-offs, and friction points, and use those insights to recommend roadmap priorities, templates, and backlog improvements. Perform on key deliverables, including user flows and journeys, measurable metrics, key touchpoints,UI/UX best practices, and CSAT improvements.
