As an Architect, you will coordinate the design, bidding, construction, and closeout of campus facilities, ensuring quality, cost control, and adherence to university timelines. Manage assigned capital improvement projects from inception through bidding, construction contract award, construction, and closeout. Provide input to initial project budgeting and assist with creation of project budget requests and required documentation. Review all capital improvement projects for quality and cost control, ensuring: Experience designing university buildings and understanding administrative processes of project delivery within the North Carolina state system.
