The urban designer position includes carrying out the preparation of site designs and planning documents. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in urban design, architecture (preferred) or related field 8-12 years of professional experience in urban design and/or planning. Strong portfolio demonstrating physical planning, site design and urban design graphics Experience with corridor planning, campus planning, mixed-use redevelopment, or community master planning preferred Strong understanding of the conceptual design of various building types including multi-family housing, retail, office, institutional and academic facilities. A link to a portfolio or work samples is preferred.
