User Experience Architect

A company is looking for a User Experience Architect to lead the structural design and research strategy for their platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mixed-methods research to define information architecture and interaction models for AI workflows

Support the design of AI agent behaviors, ensuring they meet user needs and provide rationale for actions

Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to translate research insights into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

6+ years of experience in UX Research or UX Architecture within complex enterprise or SaaS environments

Proven experience in architecting or researching agentic AI domains

Deep experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods

Experience with Information Architecture for multi-tenant B2B SaaS products
