To support a large-scale enterprise claims and operations product team, the long-term W2 contract UX Generalist / Architect will design and architect workflow-heavy enterprise experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize customer and associate interactions across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify user pain points and develop user-centered solutions Design enterprise experiences and create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate UX strategy Advocate for user-centered design decisions and support the evolution of enterprise design systems across multiple product teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise environments Strong experience in designing complex workflow-driven enterprise applications Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design systems Understanding of Agile product development and collaboration with software engineering teams Experience working within established design systems and scalable UX frameworks
