This role will report directly to the CEO and as the VP of Architecture, you will spearhead architectural projects, ensuring home designs are functional, economically efficient, and aesthetically pleasing for Legend Homes and for SimplyHome. Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for multiple residential projects for retail sales and for the build-to-rent portfolio of homes. Excellent project management and time management skills, with detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Minimum of 7 or more years of experience in the Homebuilding industry in architecture and project management. Proven experience in leading and mentoring architectural teams.
