## Vice President, Technology Strategy and Architecture Leader

Da. Vita is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our technology strategy and architecture initiatives. This is a pivotal executive role where you'll shape the future of our technology landscape and drive transformation across the enterprise. The position is eligible for remote work in California, or you can work from our Denver HQ or Nashville Team Music City location.

### What You'll Do

You'll define and execute a cohesive technology strategy that seamlessly connects modernization, optimization, and innovation to drive exponential enterprise growth and transformation. This isn't about incremental improvements—it's about fundamentally rewiring how we operate.

AI and emerging technologies will be central to your work. You'll champion the adoption of next-generation AI and Agentic technologies, thinking differently about how these capabilities can create competitive advantages and reshape our operations.

Your leadership of the enterprise and solution architecture disciplines will be critical. You'll establish robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks that support long-term business objectives while mentoring and evolving these disciplines across the organization.

One of your key responsibilities involves challenging the status quo on technology investments. Bring a fresh, pragmatic perspective to build/buy/partner decisions, ensuring we maximize ROI, agility, and speed to market. You'll need to think disruptively about vendor and partner ecosystems and traditional IT models.

You'll scale platforms and capabilities across diverse stakeholder groups, bridging the gap between complex technical concepts and business outcomes. This means ensuring alignment from the engineering floor to the C-suite—translating highly technical strategies into compelling business narratives for executive stakeholders and board members.

Establishing best-in-class platforms that leverage data and insights for intelligent, real-time decision-making is essential. You'll architect a highly connected, interoperable ecosystem integrating both internal systems and external partners, with security and trust built as foundational pillars.

Landscape blueprinting is another core responsibility. You'll champion the creation of a comprehensive blueprint mapping our technology, product, and capability landscape using platforms like Lean. IX, Service. Now, Apptio, or similar tools. This helps you understand dependencies, manage costs, identify rationalization opportunities, and enable seamless business continuity planning.

You'll establish robust governance mechanisms to monitor adherence to enterprise guidance and architectural frameworks, defining and tracking strategy realization metrics to ensure sustained focus and alignment across the organization. As an evangelist for continuous improvement and technological courage, you'll inspire teams to embrace change and foster a culture of resilience, curiosity, and high performance.

### What We're Looking For

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred, though related experience may be considered.

Extensive leadership experience is essential—15+ years demonstrating a proven track record as a VP or SVP leading technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and solution architecture at scale. You must have deep, practical understanding of AI, machine learning, Agentic workflows, and cloud-native architectures.

Demonstrated success driving large-scale digital transformations and creating tangible "speed to value" outcomes is critical. You should have hands-on experience upending traditional IT models, particularly around re-evaluating build vs. buy decisions and optimizing vendor and partner ecosystems.

Your ability to translate highly complex technical strategies into compelling business narratives for executive stakeholders and board members is non-negotiable. You're a passionate leader who knows how to attract, develop, and retain top-tier architectural and engineering talent.

You should have deep passion and understanding of external perspectives from top-tier consulting and research organizations, with proven experience translating those insights into actionable transformation roadmaps within enterprise environments.

### What We Offer

Compensation for this role is $200,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
