Fidelity’s Architecture and Engineering team is looking for a proven architecture leader for the Workplace Platforms supporting the Workplace Investing business. We are looking for a senior Architect to lead a team of talented architects supporting these product and engineering teams. Experience practicing Business Architecture including aligning Business and Technology strategies, Customer Journeys, Capability Modeling and Roadmaps Demonstrable understanding in all aspects of technical architecture (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization) Collaborating with peer and enterprise architects to align on standards, strategy, and opportunities to refactor business processes, improve customer experience or perform capability rationalization. Experience in Modern Architecture and Cloud Technologies to build sophisticated architecture Experience in financial services and/or benefits management is a plus. The Skills You Bring
