VP, Enterprise Architecture

As VP of Enterprise Architecture, you will own the architectural direction of our entire technology estate defining the standards, patterns, and principles that guide how we build, buy, and integrate technology across the enterprise. Build, lead, and operate the Enterprise Architecture Office as a center of excellence that partners with product, engineering, and business teams to guide solution design and delivery. Define the enterprise data architecture strategy, including data platform design, data mesh or data fabric adoption, interoperability standards, and master data management (MDM) frameworks. Build trusted relationships with business, clinical, and technology leaders across the organization, serving as a strategic bridge between business intent and technology execution. Architecture Leadership: Proven experience establishing or leading an enterprise architecture function, including governance frameworks, ARB processes, and technology standards programs.
