Compensation / Benefits • Own the Workforce Management target-state architecture blueprint, including domains, service boundaries, integration patterns, data flows, runtime capabilities, and non-functional requirements • Establish the technical strategy for a modern, enterprise-grade WFM platform • Collaborate with product and engineering to translate capabilities into roadmaps and execution models • Ensure decisions support long-term scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency • Serve as the senior technical authority for WFM design and execution architecture • Translate EA standards into concrete engineering patterns, reference designs, and guardrails • Align with enterprise architecture to meet firmwide standards, security, and governance • Guide engineering teams through architecture decisions and early risk identification • Establish review mechanisms to improve quality and reduce delivery friction • Define patterns for high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and production support • Promote engineering discipline with SLOs, DORA metrics, and production readiness reviews Tasks • 10+ years in software development • 5+ years in a Sr. Key requirements •
