Job Title: AI Architect (Copilot Experience)Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)- Relocation Works Duration: Long Term Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong Copilot experience to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions. Responsibilities: Design and architect AI/GenAI solutions using Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio)Lead the development of AI-powered enterprise applications using Azure OpenAI and related servicesDefine AI architecture standards, frameworks, and best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and transformation opportunitiesIntegrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, collaboration tools)Ensure responsible AI practices, including governance, security, and complianceGuide teams in prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI workflow optimizationDrive automation and productivity improvements using AI copilotsOversee end-to-end AI lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoringMentor development teams and provide technical leadershipRequired Skills: 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML or AI architectureStrong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio)Azure OpenAI / Azure AI ServicesGenerative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures)Experience designing enterprise AI architecturesStrong knowledge of:Python, APIs, microservicesCloud platforms (Azure preferred)Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc. About the Company: Meta RPO Industry: Computer Software
