Experience Required: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of Wi-Fi fundamentals and 802.11 protocols (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)Collaborate with Product & Development teams to define technical and product requirementsDrive Wi-Fi strategy, performance characterization, and engineering investigationsIdentify, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve product defectsReview architecture/design specifications and ensure testability & verificationSupport QA test methodologies and automation strategiesWork with advanced Wi-Fi test automation frameworks and industry standards (IEEE, WFA, WBA, IETF)Perform root cause analysis and lead issue resolution efforts

Required Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge of Wi-Fi antennas, RF/frequency coordination, WLAN technologies, and IP protocolsModerate scripting knowledgeStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with home networking technologies like Bluetooth, Matter, and broadband productsKnowledge of DOCSIS, Ethernet, and Cable Modem standardsExperience in automated testing environments and consumer device testingAbility to collaborate with vendors/technology partners on architecture decisionsFamiliarity with data science tools, scripting, and programming languages
